What is your return and exchanges policy? 

We gladly take exchanges within 14 days of delivery Please contact us within 5 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your order. 

Do you have a cancellation policy? 

We do not accept cancellations. Please call us if you have any problems with your order within 24 hours of ordering. 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept the following returns/exchanges:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

How long after I purchase will I receive my items? 

Please advise orders may take up to 5-7 days to process. You will receive a confirmation email with shipping details. 

What days do you ship? 

We ship every Tuesday and Thursday.
